By the way, we are happy to offer special deals on bigger parties.  We count the number of children, not the number of adults.  Larger parties are possible with children 5 and older, because parents don't typically stay at such parties.

We realize that paying $15 for each child over sixteen children can really add up if you're planning to have 20 - 30 children.

The one thing to remember when considering these special deals is that you must commit to a certain number of children when booking the party.  If you choose a deal for 24 children, and only 16 actually come, we cannot revert back to the cost for 16 children.

          At Moving To The Beat, we have a very liberal take-in policy.  There are only a couple of things that we insist you bring in through us.  

One of those things is a stuffed pinata.  One reason for this is that we are going to facilitate the game on top of providing you with the stuffed pinata.  

Another thing that we prefer to provide is pizza.  Our prices are very close to what you would pay in a pizza parlor.  Plus, if we order the pizza, we are responsible for whether it comes on time and we want to be responsible for that.

The final thing is that we strongly encourage you to have an art table set up at your party for the first 15 minutes when the children trickle in.  It's important for there to be something to do until the main activity can begin.  You can supply it or have us supply it, but an art table is very helpful.
